New H2o Energy’s senior executive board members of the company are highly experienced in all aspects of the coal industry including the power sector with technical, financial and commercial backgrounds. The team has global experience working abroad, overseas and is seasoned in leadership and management skills.
Ian formulated the concept of utilising former coal mine works as the basis for developing Pumped Hydro Energy Storage and “sold” it to his now fellow board members. Prior to NHE Ian was CEO for gold-copper explorer and would be miner Mantle Mining, and prior to that he had the role of Exec Director Technology with Thiess (Leighton), the world’s largest mining contractor, Director Australian Business Development for Pittston Minerals and Underground Mine Manager at Moura for BHP.

Eddie Britton

Eddie is President and CEO of Britton’s Inc., a parent company for eight subsidiaries ranging from an earthmoving company to storage facilities and property development. He is familiar with coal operations, including one in Columbia. He has been recognized with several awards for Outstanding Leadership; served as a regional president (8 states) of NASSP; authored two books; has written a bill passed into law in Alabama; lobbied in Washington D.C.; remains politically active; is a working participant in his church; and has a passion for helping people and making the world a better place for our children and grandchildren.
Stephen de Belle

Stephen has been involved with a range of coal and power project and coal and power company financings. He also has experience regarding the application of a range of financial products to the coal/power sector, equity raisings and listing of companies on the ASX and in London. He has worked with Capel Court, ANZ/Anzcap, Barclays/BZW and ABN AMRO. Relevant projects include: Clutha and its Springvale project, facilities for Peabody, pumped hydro in Tasmania, Xylogy (audit and project management software), a super fund administration business and various green energy projects.
