Stephen has been involved with a range of coal and power project and coal and power company financings.

He also has experience regarding the application of a range of financial products to the coal/power sector, equity raisings and listing of companies on the ASX and in London. He has worked with Capel Court, ANZ/Anzcap, Barclays/BZW and ABN AMRO. Relevant projects include: Clutha and its Springvale project, facilities for Peabody, pumped hydro in Tasmania, Xylogy (audit and project management software), a super fund administration business and various green energy projects.
